Hi, I’m Miranda! It’s wonderful to meet you.
I am currently a graduate student at Adler University completing my Master of Counselling and Art Therapy. My approach to therapy synthesizes talk therapy, art therapy and mindfulness. These areas of focus have made profound impacts on my life and are deeply meaningful to me. As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person myself, I understand the challenges of living in a world that often feels like too much.
As a client, you can expect genuine warmth, curiosity and support as we get to know each other and work towards your goals. I am committed to cultivating a space where you feel accepted in your authenticity, no matter how you may be showing up in each moment.
My counselling style is deeply affected by my own experiences growing up feeling misunderstood, easily overwhelmed and intensely passionate. I value intuitive means of healing and believe that each of us hold the power to grow and change in meaningful ways.

Hi, my name is Rayna! I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with you, here is a
little bit about me.
I completed a Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy from Adler University. My counselling style combines elements of talk and art therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your life and my role as a counsellor is to support you in your journey by providing kindness, empathy, perspective and support. Clients can expect a gentle and compassionate approach as we build a comfortable and supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe that my personal experiences with mental health struggles help me
connect deeply, offering empathy and understanding. My counselling approach is shaped by experiences facilitating caregiver support groups, mentoring international students at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and working at Pathways Club House. Additionally, volunteering at the Richmond Centre for Disability also enhanced my empathy and
appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Hi, I’m Irais. I’m a counsellor and art therapist who offers a warm, grounding space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is shaped by my own lived experiences, including a period of healing after surgery when art became my way of expressing what words couldn’t hold. I support youth, adults, couples, Spanish-speaking clients, and highly sensitive individuals moving through anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and self-worth challenges.
Whether we explore through conversation, creativity, or quiet reflection, I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story.
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

Hey, I’m Heather.
I’m the heart behind Constellations Counselling and the creator of the HSP Cozy Nook blog. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Art Therapist, Art Therapy Supervisor, and an Intuitive Guide for those seeking healing that extends beyond conventional therapy. With over two decades of experience in mental health and community care, my path now blends therapeutic grounding with ritual, ancestral reverence, creative expression, and a deep respect for the natural and cosmic cycles that shape us.
My work is rooted in relational safety, nervous system awareness, and sacred connection. I hold space for both the seen and unseen, where healing conversations, intuitive knowing, and symbolic expression can coexist. While I still offer a small number of 1:1 counselling sessions, my current focus is on running seasonal and ritual-based circles, art therapy groups, and mentoring student interns as a clinical supervisor.
As a multiracial woman of Black, Japanese, and German heritage, also carrying Chinese and Indigenous ancestry that I am slowly and thoughtfully reclaiming, my practice is deeply shaped by lived experience. I am committed to offering space where identity, lineage, and embodied truth are honored.
I’m especially passionate about supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), because I’m one too. I deeply understand both the strengths and the overwhelm that can come with heightened sensitivity. My role is to hold space for your inner wisdom, helping you feel safe, seen, and supported as you reconnect with your strength, rhythm, and intuitive knowing. Whether we meet in person or online, you’ll be met with warmth, spaciousness, and care.

Hi, I’m Alex.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Professional Art Therapist who works with a gentle, steady presence. I support older teens, adults, and older adults, who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, mood shifts, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions, especially those who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) or deep feelers.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded. I believe healing unfolds at your pace, and I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, compassion, and care as you reconnect with your inner strength. Whether through conversation, creativity, or somatic awareness, I help you explore your inner world gently and with support.
As someone who values depth, humour, and authentic connection, I work to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never rushed. I honour each person’s story and aim to help you feel less alone as you navigate whatever season you’re in.
My practice is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in creativity, nervous system awareness, and attunement. You don’t need to be “ready” or have the right words. You can arrive exactly as you are and together, we’ll take it from there.
